Aluminum Alloy

Inal Metal Nusantara produces aluminum alloys through a degassing process using nitrogen gas to remove hydrogen content and separate impurities, resulting in high-quality aluminum alloy products. These alloys are used for various automotive applications such as wheels, engine blocks, vehicle frames, and other components.

The alloy production process utilizes ODT technology from Australia, employing a reverberatory furnace equipped with a magnetic stirrer to ensure a homogeneous mixture. In addition, a ceramic foam filter is used to remove inclusions and maintain the purity and quality of the final aluminum alloy product.
